Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

Valid Michigan Teaching Certificate (Speech-Language Impairment [SB] endorsement) or valid Michigan License in Speech-Language Pathology issued by LARA (Licensing and Regulatory Affairs)

Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA (preferred)

Knowledge of evaluation procedures, IEP development, and service delivery models for students with speech and language impairments

Ability to provide both individual and group therapy in alignment with IEP goals

Strong organizational skills and proficiency in documentation and compliance

Collaborative mindset for working with teachers, support staff, and families

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
